A Typical Menu for a 5 Day Week at Keep Ocean*

Monday: 

Lunch:   Chicken Nuggets w/BBQ Sauce, Rice Pilaf, Green Salad, Pineapple, Fruit Roll-up, Milk

Dinner:  Spaghetti, Green Beans, French Roll, Rice Krispy Treat, Apple Juice

Tuesday: 

Breakfast:   Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Orange, Coffee Cake, Hot Chocolate

Lunch M.B:   Hot Dogs, Sun Chips, Apple, Carrots, Granola Bar, Milk & Lemonade

Lunch S.Cove:  Turkey & Cheese Sandwich, Sun Chips, Apple, Carrots, Granola Bar, Milk & Lemonade

Dinner:  Chicken Tenders, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Veggies, Pudding, Apple Juice

Wednesday: 

Breakfast:  Pancakes, Sausage, Applesauce, Hot Chocolate

Lunch M.B:   Hot Dogs, Goldfish Crackers, Pickle, Banana, Cookie, Milk & Lemonade

Lunch S.Cove:  Ham & Cheese Sandwich, Goldfish Crackers, Pickle, Cookie, Milk & Lemonade

Dinner:   Pizza, Green Salad, Cake, Apple Juice

Thursday:

Breakfast:   French Toast, Sausage, Peaches, Hot Chocolate

Lunch M.B:   Hot Dogs, Sun Chips, Apple, Carrots, Cookie, Milk & Lemonade

Lunch Spooners:   Turkey & Cheese Sandwich, Sun Chips, Apple, Carrots, Cookie, Milk & Lemonade

Dinner:   Tacos, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Chips & Salsa, Apple Juice

Friday: 

Breakfast:   Cereal, Cinnamon Roll, Yogurt, Milk

Lunch:   Chicken Burger, Kettle Chips, Orange Wedge, Brownie, Milk
